Spending time at a resort can be very relaxing for us "grown ups". You can relax by the pool read a book on the balcony of your family suite, visit the day spa, romantic dinners with your partner. But WHAT ABOUT THE KIDS?
This was my question only a few weeks ago when my family went away on a short break.
I didnt want to hear those annoying words from the kids "I'm bored". So we went to Novotel Twin Waters Resort Noosa where they have a fantastic kids program.
So many FREE activities for the kids that were not only getting them out and about in the fresh air but they were having fun - bike riding around the lake, canoeing, sailing, fishing, swimming and so much more. All not motorized equipment are free.
My husband and I also got into the act, riding bikes, canoe races with the kids.
Then when they got bored with that they went to KIDS CLUB.
Supervised activities such as, arts and crafts, kids discos most evenings (allowing the grown ups to have those special dinners) bush walking, archery, tennis, I could go on.
The kids club is fully superviosed by a quailfied child carer so you know not only will they have fun but learn at the same time.
There is a cost involved to join the kids club, but I have to tell you my kids had such a good time they didnt want to leave, money well spent. In some activity packages they even feed the kids. You have to love that!
So while the kids were having a great time learning and having fun, my Hubby and I had a great time visiting the day spa, relaxing by the pool, mid day naps and those wonderfull romantic dinners for two.
What more could you ask for, a family holiday were everyone is happy.
Not only does the resort cater for families but business and corporate clients,
weddings and
honeymoons - wow what a location for a
wedding ceremony - so romantic
